Take the road to Windhoek (app. 45 km)
In Windhoek take the B! (south to Rehoboth) –app. 85 km
Turn-off “North of Rehoboth” into the gravel road “D1280”: Follow the gravel road for 7 km until you reach the resort.

Terms and Conditions

Guests are encouraged to do pre-booking and pre-payment to secure their places.

Cancellation Policy:

No Shows: 100% Cancellation fee / Less than 10 days: 100% Cancellation fee / Less than 14 days: 50% Cancellation fee applies.

General Information/Rules for the guests:

Check-in: from 14h00 (chalets/rooms) or 11h00 (camping) / Check-out: 10h00.
Every Guest: must provide ID / Passport or any kind of identification card on arrival.
No loud music and parties are allowed at the accommodation and surrounding.
Silence between 19h00 and 08h00 on Campsites, Rooms and Luxury-Chalets as well as on the boats (Music off)!
The making of a fire, at any place outside of the official provided “fireplace/braaiplace” is totally forbidden - due to security reason.
Please leave the Hand & Body, Shampoo and Towels in the rooms and chalets.
Smoking of Hubbly pipes are not allowed at the Chalets/Rooms or Camping sites.
Entrance Fee has to be paid by arrival: N$ 40.00 per person from 13 years until 59 years. Pensioners over 60 years N$ 20.00 per person. A valid Identify document must be presented to qualify for pensioner’s rate.
Children under 12 are free.
No Day visitors at the Luxury-Chalets/Rooms.
No camping or sleeping in vehicles next to the chalets/rooms.
We respect your privacy and do not enter your accommodation during your stay with us. If you wish to have your accommodation cleaned, please inform the reception accordingly. We charge an extra fee.
Dog/Cat: Please inform the reception if you wish to bring dogs/cat. Payment can be done upon arrival.
No gathering in Luxury-Chalets and Rooms, except the persons in the booked ”Accommodation”!
No extra guests are allowed to come along without prior arrangement – only the booked and agreed ones!
Recreational fishing permits must be presented to the reception upon check-in, as the Resort do not issue these.
Anyone found in violation of any of these rules, will be held responsible and even charged by an official of the Resort.

If any of the above-mentioned rules are not adhered to, then you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately (“no refund” and resort not liable)
